FINDING THE RIGHT FIT

Let our passion and expertise be your guide in finding the perfect fit.

If you already have a favorite brand or style, it's best to order your usual size. If you're unsure of your true size, please see our size chart for detailed information about measurements, sizes and conversions.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FOOT

STEP ONE:
On a piece of paper, draw a straight line (longer than your foot) from the top of the page to the bottom.

STEP TWO:
Place the paper on the floor. Stand on the paper with the line centered beneath your foot.
STEP THREE:
Have a friend draw a line across the tip of your toes and another at the back of your heel. It is not uncommon for feet to be different sizes, measure both feet.
STEP FOUR:
Measure the distance of the line between your toes and your heel. Now use our sizing chart to find your ideal size.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR HEELS

Heel heights tend to vary depending on the size and style of each shoe. Our heel measurements are approximately based on a size 6 women's shoe. To find a measurement, start at the back of the heel. Measuring down the center, measure the distance between where the heel meets the sole and where the heel meets the floor. All measurements are then rounded off to the nearest quarter inch.

 HOW TO MEASURE FOR BOOTS

We measure each boot from the point where the heel meets the shaft of the boot all the way to the top leg opening. Horizontal leg measurements (or calf circumference) are measured on the outside of the boot and are taken 11" up the boot's shaft. Boot measurements are approximate and can vary depending on stretch content and construction of each boot.

Arch Type:
  • If you don't know your arch type, take the footprint test to find out. Simply, get your feet wet, stand on a piece of paper, and see what kind of imprint is left when you pull your foot away. (Most people have an average arch.)

Tips:
  • Measure your feet every time you are ready to purchase new athletic shoes.
  • When you receive your shoes, try them on later in the day and be sure to wear the type of socks you'll be wearing during your target athletic activity.
  • Be sure to practice your target activity (on carpeting and indoors) while you are trying new athletic shoes.
